At Personalize Me Pretty, educators are at the heart of everything we do. Our PMP Brand Ambassadors play a meaningful role in sharing our mission, and we’re honored to support them in return with one of the most generous commission programs in the teacher-based small business community. Ambassadors earn a competitive commission on every order made through their unique link — giving them the opportunity to earn while uplifting fellow educators.
But the way we care for educators goes far beyond commissions.
In 2025, we hosted our first-ever PMP Ambassador Retreat — a weekend dedicated entirely to rest, community, and celebration. We brought nine ambassadors together at a cozy cabin in California for four days filled with encouragement, connection, and creativity.
This retreat was funded directly by PMP — not through sponsorships — and made possible by pouring our own profits into creating something special for teachers who give so much of themselves every single day.
Our mission has always been to give back to educators and students nationwide. Through our ambassador program, our custom apparel services, our giveaways, and events like this retreat, we’re planting seeds of support, joy, and recognition into classrooms far beyond our own.
