Processing Time 

Here at Personalize Me Pretty, all orders are handmade to order. Please allow us 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) & excluding Holidays for us to process your order. If your order is a custom or personalized order, please allow us up to 3 weeks for us to process your custom-made order. Please note that our processing time does not include shipping time. We try our best to process your orders quickly. However, delays may occur in our processing times due to order availability, order it is received, etc. Please check our homepage announcement banner for our updated processing times before you process your payment.

Estimated Shipping Times 

Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. We provide the following shipment options below. 

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. 

USA ONLY Shipping Options:

  • Economy Mail (7-8 business days) Flat Rate $5 Free on orders $75!
  • Ground Shipping (5-6 business days) Flat Rate $5 
  • Standard Mail (3-4 days business days) Flat Rate $14
  • Express Mail (1-2 days business days) Flat Rate $30

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We look forward to shipping Internationally in the near future. 

 

Incorrect Address

We ask that you double check for any shipping address mistakes. You are responsible for providing us the correct shipping address when you place your order.  Personalize Me Pretty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If you need to change or update an address you may contact us at contact@personalizemepretty.com as soon as possible. However, this will not stop your order from being delivered to the wrong address if your order was already shipped. All orders that are returned to Personalize Me Pretty due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped to you at your expense. 

Late or Lost Packages

 Once your order has been shipped, we have very limited information in regard to your package since it is now the property of the shipping carrier. You may contact the shipping carrier to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end. You can also contact us at contact@personalizemepretty.com if your order is running late or is lost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for late or lost orders.

You can review the most current version of our Shipping Policy at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Shipping Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to this Shipping Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
