Refund policy


Here at Personalize Me Pretty, we have a 30-day store credit return policy for original price purchases  & for purchases that do not have any personalization only. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We must receive your request within the 30 days of receiving the original order. 


To be eligible for a store credit return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@personalizemepretty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, manufacture defect, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage or issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving the original order. Please contact us immediately at contact@personalizemepretty.com and we will make sure to assist you. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders, custom orders, or personalized items. Exchanges or replacements are also final sale. All products ordered with a special offer, promotion, discount code, custom orders, personalized orders are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, items purchased with a promotional offer, discount code, special sale, or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In Store Credit Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an in store credit via a Personalize Me Pretty e-gift card to the email on file within 7 days of receiving your return for the amount paid. Your credit will not include any shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you qualified for free shipping for your original order we will deduct $7.00 from your refund if your amount ordered is less than the promotional offer given for free shipping. It is the responsibility of the costumer to pay for shipping costs for exchanges or replacements.  Please remember it can take some time for you to receive your e-gift card through your email. Please check your spam or junk emails.
